By purchasing, downloading, or using any CHAINIX product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our products.

CHAINIX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the product following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Upon purchase, CHAINIX grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• Keys are tied to your hardware ID (HWID) and are for personal use only
• You may not share, resell, lease, or distribute your key or the script source
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• You may not use CHAINIX products to harm, harass, or cheat against other players in ways that violate a game's terms of service
• One license per individual — multi-account abuse will result in revocation

CHAINIX uses a HWID-locked key system. Your license key is generated and bound to your device at the time of redemption.

• Keys are delivered automatically via our Discord bot upon confirmed payment
• You must be in the CHAINIX Discord server to receive and manage your key
• Keys expire according to the duration purchased (1 Day, 1 Week, 1 Month, Lifetime)
• HWID resets may be requested in our support channel — one reset per license period
• We are not responsible for keys that expire due to non-use

We understand that issues can arise. Our refund policy is as follows:

Refund requests submitted after 48 hours of purchase will not be considered. All refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of CHAINIX.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting CHAINIX support will result in:

• Immediate and permanent revocation of your license key(s)
• Permanent ban from all CHAINIX products and the Discord community
• Reporting of the dispute to Sell.app fraud prevention systems

If you are experiencing a genuine payment issue, please contact us on Discord before filing a chargeback. We will always work to resolve legitimate issues.

CHAINIX products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The software will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any specific game feature will remain functional after game updates
• Use of the software will not violate any third-party terms of service

CHAINIX is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or any game developer. Use of third-party scripts may violate those platforms' terms of service. You accept all risk associated with their use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CHAINIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of in-game items, accounts, or progress
• Game account bans or suspensions
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the software

Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in the 30 days preceding the claim.

CHAINIX may terminate or suspend your license at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, CHAINIX, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases immediately. No refunds will be issued for terminations due to Terms violations.
